It combines precise foot retention with long-lasting comfort, making the G.ROCK suitable for racing, intensive training and extended mountain bike rides.

Lightweight G.Frametex Upper

The upper is made with Gaerne G.Frametex, an innovative material engineered to improve foot stability while keeping overall weight low.

Strategically positioned laser-cut perforations increase airflow and ventilation, helping keep your feet cooler and drier during intense efforts. Durable TPU reinforcements around the toe and sides offer additional abrasion protection against rocks, roots and trail debris.

Infit Closure System 1.0 with Dual BOA Li2

The Infit Closure System 1.0 uses differentiated adjustment zones to create a precise and secure fit across the foot.

Two BOA Li2 Dial F dials allow independent micro-adjustments, improving foot stability and pressure distribution while minimizing uncomfortable pressure points. This secure fit helps improve power transfer and control during hard accelerations and technical riding.

The low-profile BOA Li2 dials feature a rubberized surface for reliable grip and allow precise tightening and loosening adjustments.

Fit Tongue 1.0

The Fit Tongue 1.0 features a seamless construction with variable thickness to provide targeted comfort and support.

A high-tech cushioned layer improves pressure distribution while enhancing breathability, creating a comfortable interface between the closure system and the top of the foot.

Integrated Anti-Slip Heel Cup 1.0

The Integrated Anti-Slip Heel Cup 1.0 helps lock the heel securely in place and reduces unwanted movement inside the shoe.

Its internal anti-slip treatment improves stability and control, particularly during powerful pedaling efforts, climbing and technical sections. Better heel retention also contributes to more efficient power transfer.

Anatomical and Quick-Drying Insole

The anatomical insole provides reinforced support around the heel and tarsal area for improved stability and long-distance comfort.

Strategically positioned perforations align with the ventilation openings in the outsole to increase airflow through the shoe. A quick-drying material helps reduce moisture buildup and maintain a fresher, more comfortable environment during demanding rides.

EPS Lightweight Carbon Fiber MTB Sole 10.0

The Gaerne EPS Lightweight Carbon Fiber MTB Sole 10.0 was developed in collaboration with Michelin and combines a full carbon structure with a high-performance rubber tread.

With a stiffness index of 10, it is the stiffest MTB outsole in the Gaerne range, providing outstanding power transfer and responsiveness for racing and high-performance riding.

The Michelin rubber tread delivers excellent abrasion resistance, grip and traction across challenging surfaces. Its carefully designed tread pattern also promotes efficient mud shedding and self-cleaning, helping maintain traction in wet and muddy conditions.
