Cold toes, wet socks and overshoes slipping down halfway through your ride? With the Northwave Celsius XT Arctic GTX, you can ride all winter long with dry, warm feet. This winter MTB shoe combines a Gore-Tex membrane with Primaloft insulation and a low, agile cut. Ideal for mountain biking, gravel and winter training rides on the road with SPD pedals.

Waterproof and Breathable with Gore-Tex

The Gore-Tex Cirrus XT 4L membrane (PFAS-free) keeps out water, mud and slush spray, while letting moisture escape from the inside. Your feet stay dry from the outside and the inside. Wind doesn’t stand a chance either.

Warm Well Below Freezing

A 200-gram Primaloft Gold Eco lining, made from recycled material, traps heat without making the shoe feel bulky. Underneath sits the Arctic 4Layer insole, with a heat-reflective aluminium layer that bounces body heat back to your feet.

Low Cut with Neoprene Gaiter

Unlike many tall winter boots, the Celsius XT has a low-cut design. The stretchy neoprene gaiter seals your ankle against cold and water while leaving it free to move. The side zip lets you slip in and out quickly.

Grip on the Pedals and on the Trail

The Jaws Evo sole with toe flex system combines solid power transfer with comfortable walking. The rubber tread grips mud, snow and loose ground, and you can fit studs at the front. The shoe is compatible with 2-bolt SPD cleats.

A Millimetre-Precise Fit

The X-Dial SLW3 dial lets you fine-tune the fit while riding and releases in one move. The Celsius XT is roomier in the forefoot and toe box than many standard cycling shoes. That leaves space for a thicker winter sock and better circulation, which means warmer toes.
